An Intimate Evening with The Beaumont Hughes Band

August 12 @ 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm CDT

Tickets: $20 (Call 251-367-4599 to reserve)

Sydney Beaumont is a native of New Orleans and Michael Hughes is from south Georgia raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Together,  they blend a mixture of southern rock, jazz and country and deliver it with great harmonies, and the impeccable lead vocals of Sydney Beaumont, to form The Beaumont Hughes Band.

Playing all original music, their band has been recognized by college underground radio as well as mainstream music venues. Their song “Neutral Ground” tells the story of American freight train travelers as they live to ride the rail. Their new song “Free Fallin’” is quickly becoming a fan favorite up tempo rockin’ tune everybody loves.

Michael and Sydney as well as Phillip Hughes are the seasoned writers of the songs you will enjoy, including “Texas Love” which was co-written with #1 hit song writer Mr. Bo Robert.

Michael and Sydney will be joined by Nashville recording artist Ronnie Davis of Lucedale, Mississippi. As well as renowned fiddle and standup bass player Tom Morely of Fairhope, Alabama, and a great drummer from just down the road in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Kevin “high fi lutin” Westbrook.

In addition to writing and performing their own songs Sydney and Michael have written, filmed and produced commercials that aired on shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live and Good Morning America.

Make sure and check out their radio podcast “Coffee in the Mornin’ with Mike and Syd” on their website www.coffeeinthemornin.com.
